A special feature of early summer: fireflies. In the Machida basin, fireflies start to fly at the end of May. On every Saturday evening from May 28 to July 2, we hold 23rd Firefly Festival at a special stage in an indoor parking space in front of Kokonoe Inn. Also, you can watch fireflies near the stage at no additional charge.
